JAMB Won’t Postpone 2016 Admission Deadline

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) yesterday expressed that the due date for the conclusion of admission into higher instutions for 2016 still remains the same.

This was uncovered by the Registrar of the board, Prof. Is-haq Oloyed, during his location at the opening of an Extra-Ordinary Technical Committee Meeting on 2016 Admissions to First Choice Institutions which was held at the Baze University, Abuja.

He specified that a few institutions were not ready to submit names of their admitted students for endorsement as inward procedures prompting the activity had not been finished.

It was assembled that such institutions have asked for a before unique date than the date for the Second Technical Committee Meeting booked for Nov. 14 in Owerri, Imo State.

As indicated by him, the affected institutions are relied upon to make presentations of their prescribed contender to the board at the meeting.
